For our first day in San Francisco, we took a small-group tour with Dylan’s Tours, which was excellent, and Adriana and I dominated the music quiz that the guide gave as we drove around. It brought us to several interesting spots around the city, a great viewpoint for photographing the Golden Gate Bridge, Muir Woods, and Sausalito for lunch (we ate at Taste of Rome), before wrapping up at the Alcatraz ferry departure point.
On our last day, we picked up the rental car and drove to the Twin Peaks overlook for views over downtown. We also tried our luck with the Camera Obscura, but it was closed - likely due to the overcast weather (at least on that side of San Francisco).
